CreditForwardRepair

A clear process. You decide at every step.

Nothing is charged until you review and accept your agreement. Here is exactly what happens, in order.

The three steps

  1. 1

    Enroll online

Go Forward takes you to our secure signup portal, where you enter your name, email and contact details. About two minutes. No uploads, no identification, no passwords needed to start.

  2. 2

    Review your agreement

Before you complete signup, you see a written agreement that states the services, the total cost and the expected timeframe, as the Credit Repair Organizations Act requires. You have three days to cancel after signing. Plans range from $127 to $297/month depending on household size, each with a one-time first work fee; credit monitoring is billed separately at $1 for a 7-day trial, then automatically $27.99/month.

  3. 3

    Complete your setup

Follow the guided onboarding checklist in your client portal: identity verification, report access and next steps, explained to you as you go. Once your reports are in hand, disputes go to the bureaus and the companies reporting the information. Bureaus generally have 30 days to investigate; we review responses and follow up on incomplete ones.

What happens at each stage?

At signup

Your details are entered securely in our signup portal. Nothing is disputed and no credit-repair payment is collected at this stage.

At your agreement

You review the services, cost and timeframe in writing before completing signup. You can stop here.

At onboarding

Identity verification and report access happen in your client portal, after the written agreement, through a process explained to you first.

During the work

Disputes, responses, follow-ups and updates. You keep paying your accounts on time; disputes and good habits work together.

CreditForwardRepair does not guarantee score increases, timelines, removal of accurate information, or any lender's decision.

Questions about the process

  • You enter our secure signup portal, review your service agreement, and complete your onboarding steps online.

Credit repair plans range from $127 to $297/month depending on household size, each with a one-time first work fee disclosed before you sign; no payment is collected during signup itself. Credit monitoring is billed separately by the monitoring provider: $1 for a 7-day trial, then automatically $27.99/month.

  • Not to enroll. Go Forward asks only for your name, email and basic contact details in our secure signup portal.

If you complete signup, identity verification and report access are handled in your client portal onboarding, through a process that is explained to you first. Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers or passwords by email.

  • In writing, before you commit. Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act a credit repair company must give you a written contract that states the services, the total cost, and how long the work is expected to take. You have three days to cancel after signing.

Credit repair plans range from $127 to $297/month depending on household size (Individual, Couples, or up to 5 Family Members), each with a one-time first work fee shown at signup. Credit monitoring is billed separately by the monitoring provider: $1 for a 7-day trial, then automatically $27.99/month. Starting your signup online does not obligate you to pay until you review and accept your agreement.

  • It depends on how many items you dispute, how the bureaus and creditors respond, and whether follow-up disputes are needed. Nobody can honestly promise a fixed timeline.

What is fixed by law is the bureau investigation window: a bureau generally has 30 days to investigate a dispute, which can extend to 45 days in some circumstances. Several rounds may be needed when a response is incomplete. CreditForwardRepair explains where things stand at each stage rather than quoting a schedule it cannot control.

  • Very little. Go Forward asks for your name, email and basic contact details to begin your secure signup.

It helps to pull your free reports from AnnualCreditReport.com beforehand and mark anything you do not recognize, and to note any feedback a lender has already given you. You will not be asked to upload identification or documents to enroll.
