Credit repair means reviewing your actual reports and disputing what qualifies, not a sales pitch. Here is what the service includes.
- A report review. We review your Equifax, Experian and TransUnion reports and identify what is likely to matter to a lender.
- Qualifying inaccuracies identified. Entries that look inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable are flagged so they can be disputed with the bureaus and the companies reporting them.
- Goal-specific attention. Vehicle, home and business applications are looked at differently, so your report review reflects what you are working toward.
- A written agreement first. Your services, costs and timeline are explained in writing before any work begins, as the Credit Repair Organizations Act requires.
Accurate negative information cannot be removed by anyone, and we will tell you when that is the case. See the full service details.

What can be reviewed
Every entry on your Equifax, Experian and TransUnion reports: accounts, balances, payment history, inquiries, public records and personal information. Anything inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable can be disputed.
What cannot be promised
A specific score, a specific timeline, removal of accurate information, or approval by any lender. Nobody controls how a bureau or creditor responds to a dispute.
How you participate
You provide your reports and documents once you enroll, confirm what is and is not yours, and keep up the habits that build a positive record while disputes run.
How costs are explained
In writing, before you agree to anything, as federal law requires. Starting your signup online costs nothing until you review and accept your agreement.

A credit repair company reviews your credit reports with you, helps identify information that may be inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable, and helps you dispute it with the credit bureaus and the companies that reported it.
It cannot do anything you could not legally do yourself, and it cannot remove accurate, timely negative information. Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act, a company must give you a written contract, explain your rights, and cannot charge you before the promised services are performed. CreditForwardRepair reviews reports, helps you dispute qualifying inaccuracies, and talks through your goal. CreditForwardRepair does not lend money and does not make lending decisions.
No. Accurate, verifiable negative information that is still within its reporting period generally stays on your report until that period ends.
According to the CFPB, most negative information can remain for up to seven years, and some bankruptcies for up to ten. Any company that promises to remove accurate information, or tells you to create a new credit identity, is describing something that is not legal. What you can do is make sure the rest of your report is right and build a positive record going forward.
It depends on how many items you dispute, how the bureaus and creditors respond, and whether follow-up disputes are needed. Nobody can honestly promise a fixed timeline.
What is fixed by law is the bureau investigation window: a bureau generally has 30 days to investigate a dispute, which can extend to 45 days in some circumstances. Several rounds may be needed when a response is incomplete. CreditForwardRepair explains where things stand at each stage rather than quoting a schedule it cannot control.
No. A guaranteed score increase is a warning sign, not a service feature.
Scores respond to what changes on your reports and to your ongoing credit behavior, and nobody controls how a bureau or creditor will answer a dispute. CreditForwardRepair does not promise scores, approvals, or removal of specific items.

Credit repair plans range from $127 to $297/month depending on household size, each with a one-time first work fee disclosed before you sign; no payment is collected during signup itself. Credit monitoring is billed separately by the monitoring provider: $1 for a 7-day trial, then automatically $27.99/month.
Not to enroll. Go Forward asks only for your name, email and basic contact details in our secure signup portal.
If you complete signup, identity verification and report access are handled in your client portal onboarding, through a process that is explained to you first. Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers or passwords by email.
Ask the lender for the specific reason. When a lender declines you based on your credit report, it must tell you which bureau's report it used, and you can get a free copy of that report within 60 days.
Read that report for errors, and compare it with the reason you were given. A denial is often about one or two items, such as a recent late payment, a high balance, or an account you do not recognize. That is the place to start.
Yes, and earlier than you think. Mortgage lenders typically look at reports from all three bureaus, so an error on any one of them matters.
Fixing a reporting error can take weeks, and you do not want to discover one after you have found a home. Reviewing your reports several months ahead gives disputes time to work.
No. Checking your own credit report or score is a soft inquiry, and soft inquiries do not affect your credit scores.
Hard inquiries, which happen when you apply for credit, can have a small temporary effect. Reviewing your own reports before you apply is one of the simplest things you can do.
