## What we collect through this website

When you submit a review request we collect your name, the contact details you choose to provide (email and/or phone), and your preferred contact method. We also collect your stated goal, main concern and timeframe, any optional notes you type, and whether you opted in to educational updates. We also record the time of submission and technical information needed to process it, such as your IP address, which is used for abuse prevention.
The request form does not ask for identification documents, Social Security numbers, account numbers or passwords, and we ask you not to include them in the notes field or in email.

## How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule and conduct a review conversation, and, if you enroll, to provide the services described in your written agreement. If you opt in, we may send occasional credit education and updates; you can opt out at any time by replying or by contacting us.

## How it is protected

Information is sent to us over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored by our hosting provider with encryption at rest. Access is limited to people who need it to respond to you. We do not sell your information.

## How the request form works

This website runs on Cloudflare. When you submit a review request, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the submission came from a person rather than an automated script; it does not track you across websites. The request is then stored in a Cloudflare D1 database that only Credit Forward Repair can read, and Cloudflare Email Sending delivers the notification to our team and the confirmation to the address you entered. No other company receives your request.

## Sharing

We share information with service providers that host our website and help us communicate with you, and as required by law. If you enroll, information may be shared with credit bureaus and creditors as necessary to dispute items on your behalf, as described in your agreement.

## Retention

Review requests are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain records of our communications, and are then deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete your request at any time using the contact details above.

## Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of educational updates at any time by contacting us at the details above.

## Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies. It uses Google Analytics 4 to record page views and interactions such as button clicks, configured never to record the values you type into forms.
